Migule Mt Outfitters and Beaver Mt Camps have been operating for over 40 years. Started By Dave Toms in the early 60's and now run by son Paul. Our knowledge of big game hunting will help to ensure a most memorable hunt and one that will make you want to return. Many of our clientele have been returning regularly for many years. Our Lodge
We operate a drive to lodge located in the central region of NF. You will have the oppportunity  to harvest all 3 big game animals (moose, caribou and black bear) in the same general hunting area. Success rates are steady at approx 90% for the past 15 years. Hunts are 5 days in duration in which hunters should arrive on Sun in order to start the hunt first thing Mon morning. We hunt full days with lunches in the bush unless otherwise stated (guides will carry lunch for both). Our method of hunting usually involves spotting as well as a fair amount of walking through some rugged terrain (bogs, brush, streams etc). ATV's are used for transportation to and from bush as well as for retrevial of game.

Our Packages

All applicable taxes and license fees are included in price.
Hunts can be extended daily or weekly ($250/day or $1000/week).
Non-hunting guests are $750/week

Single animal
   moose: $3900 CDN
   caribou: $3900 CDN
   black bear: $3000 CDN

Combo hunt
   moose/bear :$4500 CDN
   caribou/bear: $4500 CDN

Hunt all three
   moose, caribou, and bear: $5850 CDN



Licenses

We have 50% either sex tags available for moose and 50% male only.  Hunters wishing to get an either sex moose tag
should make it known and try and book early to ensure availability.

All of our black bear licenses are double licenses allowing for 2 bears to be taken.

Party licenses for moose/caribou are also available for those interested (father/son, husband/wife, etc) Please contact us for price information.

Package includes:

* full accomodations (private log cabin for hunters with 3 dbl rooms , living area and full bathroom with hot and cold running water)
* generated electricity
* full time cook serving hot home cooked meals each day
* 1:1 guide-hunter ratio
* ATV's 7 4x4 trucks
* trophy preparation (skinning/caping)
* transportation from our town of Bishop's Falls to lodge.
* 2 remote spike camps (if hunters wish to rough it a little) with excellent opportunity to bag any or all of the big 3 animals.
  Each camp has excellent success.

Not Included:

* guns and ammo
* transportation from airport (Gander airport pickup and return extra $100 CDN person)
* butchering /packaging of game (local professional butchering available for approx $100-150 per animal depending on size and cuts)
* personal items (sleeping bags, pillow, toiletries, etc.)
* alcoholic beverages

Gear required:

* good rifle/bow or black powder and ammo
* good rain gear
* 14-16 inch rubber boots (must be comfortable)
* sleeping bag/pillow
* warm clothing (layered clothing is best)
* towel/facecloth
* babypowder could be useful for rubbed feet/groin
* binoculars
* hunting knife
* water bottle/trail mix

These items will help to ensure a comfortable hunt

This offers great flexibility and the opportunity to take advantage of whatever encounters the hunt provides.
